My name is Lori Anguiano and have known Jorge and Carolina Moreno for the past 15 years. We met at church and became close friends. In these past years, I have learned a lot about who they are personally, spiritually and professionally. When you first meet Carolina and Jorge, you will quickly begin to know that they are full of laughter and joy, rather it be because of their Venezuelan culture or simply because they are just fun to be around with. Both of them carry many gifts individually, and as a couple. I have shared many delicious meals at their table. They have the gift of culinary arts and have cooked throughout the years for numerous friends and family. Both truly have a gift of hospitality. Personally, they both have supported me throughout the years in helping me feel right at home in their house and for several years they allowed me to do my personal laundry every Sunday, including with the meal and share life with them in this manner, I will always be very grateful. This was only a fraction of their huge generosity. In addition, Jorge and Carolina have been involved in ministry and helping those in need in their country in Venezuela. They are very dedicated and committed to make sure that not only their families that are still living in Venezuela, and others would receive nourishment products and personal hygiene. Supplies in which are just a few to name. Professionally, I have known for both of them to have a very strong work ethic. Rather working in the office or working at home, I have seen them complete projects that would normally take such a long time to finish being completed in a weekend. I have been amazed at watching them as a team with such stamina to accomplish their goals. Their faith is steadfast, and through their Faith they encourage others to remain hopeful throughout challenging seasons. Personally, I am ever so grateful to have had the blessing of sharing life with Jorge and Carolina. I’m looking forward to many more years of Venezuelan cuisine, friendship and contagious joy.

I quickly became very close friends and spiritual mentors of Jorge and Carolina Moreno at church. The Morenos along with their son, Sammy, have been members in regular and faithful attendance of our same church for more than 15 years. In addition, The Morenos have been actively involved in my personal Home Life Group (Bible study group). They are greatly loved and easily establish many life-lasting friendships. Over the years, we have known them to consistently display kindness, commitment, respect and integrity. Both Jorge and Carolina are industrious, hardworking, and are goal oriented. Because of their diligence of character and their unique ability to work well together, I feel that they will be more than successful in their endeavors. Regarding Jorge and Carolina Moreno, we have been great friends for more than 15 years. We met them at church and have enjoyed fellowshipping with them in many capacities. Throughout the duration of our friendship, we have shared times together at church events, camping trips and we have visited each other’s homes for birthday parties, holidays, etc., on many occasions. Jorge and Carolina are delightful individually and collectively. They are hospitable, generous, fun loving, yet very focused. Any task or Mission they set out to do, I have witnessed them accomplish their goals countless times. I would characterize them as rock solid and non-wavering in their character and tenacity. I have known Carolina Moreno for over twenty years. We first met at a local church where we both volunteered for women’s retreats. Carolina has been instrumental in helping to interpret between English and Spanish during our conferences. Carolina is an incredibly dedicated and hardworking individual. We have been working closely together since 2018, coaching cancer survivors and caregivers to lead a healthy life after their treatments. Her compassion and kindness shine through as she goes above and beyond to help others. Carolina’s resourcefulness is evident in her ability to find solutions for her participants, guiding them to resources for diagnosis, treatment, and post-treatment care. I recall an instance where she helped a lady without medical insurance to find an organization that provided the necessary cancer screening. 
She brings joy and positivity into every situation. Even in challenging times, you can always count on her loud laugh, a catchy song, and a positive comment. Her unwavering positive attitude is truly inspiring and contagious. Carolina is a shining example of honesty and reliability. Her commitment to truth and integrity, even in difficult circumstances, is admirable. She has instilled these values in her son, always encouraging him to be truthful, regardless of the circumstances. 
Based on her knowledge, professionalism, trustworthiness, dedication, hard work, compassion, resourcefulness, positive attitude, honesty, and reliability, I wholeheartedly recommend Carolina Moreno. She would be an invaluable asset to any team.
